Hi there.

I own the WD TV Live. Been happy about it but right now i have som ripped dvd’s with menu and so on, if i show them on my mac using vlc it shows menues and so on, but if ill play it on my WD TV Live, it only shows “part1” and not showing “part2” afterwards. 

It’ doesnt show the menues on the WD TV Live either.

Common problem or are there a solution to this?

If the files are in their original format, you must put them in a directory called VIDEO_TS (same directory name that the original DVD files were in). To get the DVD menus to work, navigate to the VIDEO_TS directory, then press select to go into that directory. Press the Play button on the 1st file. When the video starts, select the Options button on the WD, then select Menu. Select Options again to turn off the Options menu, and then you will have normal DVD menu navigation.

I’ve ripped them to .iso files 

thats whats makes it strange for me.

Argh! Found the flaw. 

The files had been named .img insted of .iso

Changing that to .iso changed everything.
