Crash - Adding track to playlist on Spotify

Hello,

On my WD live 3 (latest firmware), sometimes when I add a track to a playlist on the Spotify app, it crashes. To be more concrete, the orange logo is not stopping load and all the spotify app is not working anymore.

If a reboot WD, the problem still occurs. I must disconnect the power to the WD to solve the issue.

Is there someone with the same behavior ?

PS : I did not find a routine, it seems to be random.

Hello,

Have you tried resetting the media player back to factory defaults? Or performing a hard reset on the unit?

I have experienced this also, on WD TV Live (1.15.10).

Spotify sometimes hangs with the spinning arrow, think it happened last time when I tried to add a song to a playlist.

I also must unplug the power from WD TV to get Spotify working again.
