Can you limit data rate?

I am on a fixed data plan, and would like Netflix and Slingplayer to stream at a lower rate.  I can do that with any of my mobile devices, but there doesn’t seem to be any obvious way to do this with the apps in WD TV Live.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, the device does not feature data flow control features.

For using devices that stream, a fixed data plan is not the way to go.  Get an unlimited data plan for your internet service if you can.  It’s time to do so.
