Creating playlist through metadata?

I have been creating playlist through playlist creator however at the moment I am currently adding each film to the list manually. Is there a way to generate a playlist using the metadata as this would really speed things up.

 

I'm getting to the point where I have too many movies to manually create playlists.

 

Any solutions welcome, thanks.
