So my cable company recently replaced my Netgear modem/router with the Cisco DPC3825 and now the WD Discovery tool can’t seem to find my Live Hub. I even formatted my HDD and re-ran the tool still but it can’t find it. Can someone tell me if there is a way to make this work?
You probably need to rebuild your network at Square 1 in Windows, because your network was created using the old router, and now you have a different one.
Thanks for the help. Yeah, formatting was extreme, but I do it about once a month anyway, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Anyway, the only thing that worked was a suggestion I saw in another thread, which was to download netscan. It found the drive and I was able to assign a letter that way.
