You hit on a great point. We've been working on better ways to make sure we aim our efforts at improving our product based on feedback we see here in our forums. In the past, it has been very difficult to know which issues are widespread and which ones only affect certain people.

To get a clearer picture, we've opened up our new Live Hub Issue Reporting Exchange. I encourage you to submit any issues you are having, and take a look at issues that other users have shared, and vote them up if you are having the same issues.

4. Reason? Well not a 5 because they didn't break anything or change anything in a way I didn't like I guess. But this has just been annoying me forever and the main thing I've been hoping to see someday come along with a future firmware update... I've been wanting a better version of facebook for it. Currently it's basically comes across to me as a semi broken version of facebook, capable of only a fraction of its features; viewing your wall, commenting back and forth on statuses, looking at photos, looking at events (how much does someone spend looking at events anyway?). But it's missing out on basically the main things I use facebook for. For one, what is the point of being able to view the newsfeed if all you're going to see is statuses and text summaries of external links you're not even going to be able to check? But a main thing is the lack of facebook chat. It doesn't even have a PM option so you can chat thru the PMs. I would love to see it allow both friend and group chats (as in, with facebook groups). That's another thing; there's no option to view or participate in the groups I'm in at all! Noted I have read around on why fb chat isn't implemented and I think WD's idea that itd be pointless because you'd have to type on the remote is irrelevant. I have a usb keyboard that works with it, and other live hub owners do.
