just flicking through this thread i really just cant believe that some many people are having some many different issues with this product... did i go to sleep and are WD owned my MS and we are all paying to test their products or is that just the way of the world now... either way its [deleted]... its not rocket [deleted] science is it... what a world hey!

I would also like to know if 2.07 makes any difference to that. 2.04 is currently the latest that plays all mediatypes i have flawlessly.

I have been experiencing the same issue as well. I keep loading the latest firmware hoping the issue has been fixed. Will test after the load finishes, then report back my findings.

Hey Man thanks, totally works for me, just conect direct wire from your Routher, hub, switch or whatever you have, and put an static ip nad reboot. Like a charm. Thank you again DrMac

No installation problems using auto update!! Facebook stuff is fun!! new games!

Did my update via the update check. It took about 20 minutes and works fine. Well, with the execption of Shoutcast not finding anything at all. Tells me "This shoutcast station is not available, try again later" Might be shoutcast but I get it a LOT. But I don't use this thing for music anyway...so i guess I'm just sayin'.
