How can I down grade the firmware?

How can I downgrade to version 2.06.10? Upgraded to the new firmware version last night and immediately had issues playing ISO files from network shares. Skipping, stuttering and freezing. I have a second live hub that I did not upgrade and that one is working fine.

Looked on the WD support site, saw only the new version, no older ones.

Well you didn’t search very hard. You go to the Support>FAQ/Knowledge Base page, enter rollback in the Knowledge Base search and you get-

Thanks, I found it a few minutes after I posted this. I was just so ticked off about the upgrade breaking something that worked fine.:smiley:
