Firmware upgrade and now cannot play .avi files

Hi, I jusup upgraded my WD Live tv hub to the latest firmware, then synced   A bunch of movies .avi files and it won’t play them, any help appreciated

After the update, did you reset the unit?  If not, are you able to try that?
