Does the hub have Flingo? Ive read articles that it was added and was wondering if so how to get it working on my hub?

No, it doesn’t.   It probably will in the near future because the Live and Live Plus just got it a few weeks ago.

I don’t think you’re missing much NOT having it…at least from what I’ve seen of it.
