everything was working fine until i upgraded my modem and router. not sure if this has anything to do with my issue but its the only changes ive made. i use to be able to click the start menu then computer and wd live hub would show under network and could drag and drop files from there. ive been trying to figure it out for the past few days and im at a loss any help would be appreciated…thanks!!!

No it’s not… 
If you change your router, your WIndows (vista and later) system creates a new network profile.
You need to make sure your new profile’s settings are all correct.
how do i change these and what should they be? im running win 7
