WD Live Info Editor not working - Suspected Firewall Issue

Hi,

I use the WD Live Info Editor to get meta data. It has stopped working properly. I suspect that it is a problem with my routers firewall which Sky keep updateing remotely. Does anyone know which ports I need to open on the firewall in order to allow this program to operate correctly?

Hello!  Sorry to hear that you are having problem!  First of all try to update to the latest version! WD Live Info Editor has an automatic function to find open port, so as long as you have internet connection it shoud be ok. Do you get any error messages ?

I have downloaded 0.75 and it now works.
