To better help new users to The WD Community. I was wondering what it was that led you to post in a forum that is for a totally different product? How was it you managed to land here and post?

well, he doesn’t say what WD TV he has
I guess it could be a WD Hub,
but I still have no idea what the problem is
or what he’s trying to accomplish given the very little info posted
