I don’t want to deal with Best Buy and don’t want to buy directly from you. I stick to Amazon because they have great customer service which no other seller has matched in my experience. Sell this on Amazon already!
Just buy direct from WD. They have a great process, and it’s pretty simple to order something. I run a number of servers and have come to rely on WD over the years. If they weren’t the best in the business (imo) I would have gone to seagate or hitachi long ago. I also like purchasing from them directly because it helps support new products like the Hub
