Duplicated Movie Folders

I connected my External Hardrive to the WD Hub via usb and then after copying a few movies, some of my movies started to duplicate, two files which are the exact same are created. they are both the same file though so if I delete one of them both of the files are gone. 

Has anyone experienced this?

I guess one of them was the folder while the other is the file itself (assuming both have the same name).

Did you try to view your files under VIDEOS?

This has happened to me a couple of times, it seems to get resolved once the hub is restarted and media library has finished compiling!
