Cannot choose subtitle and No Audio Channel

I am very happy with my wd tv live hub but I am having a problem recently. There are times that I cannot choose the subtitle even though there is a subtitle and there is a No Audio Channel. This happens randomly. My hub is almost full about 100gb free space only. Should this be the culprit? Thanks

P.S I have tried reseting and turning the hub on/off

I am running with 30Gb of free space so that is not a problem. Is this happen to same files or ramdomly. Are they .mkv .avi .mpg?

Don’t worry, this is normal with most WD media players, especially with the HUB. Sometimes you’d have to reboot, or just rewind a bit and press play again. This [Deleted - Trancer] has a mind of its own.
