I just got my WD TV Live Plus connected to my home network. A message came up asking if I would like to update the firmware. I said yes and the update started and completed. The box then said it would reboot and load new firmware. It just reboots over and over now. The WD logo is displayed, then goes away over and over. I have tried the rollback files with a USB stick with no luck.
Anyone have a suggestion?
CharlieMon, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
