Hi and sorry for my english.

I have an WDTV SMP, great product.

I have recordings from TV (dvb-t) that have two audio streams (plays both ok) and two stream subtitles, one from teletext and another from tdt (dvb-t) emision. I have another player/recorder to capture tv docs, etc. I like to play in english with subtitles. If I play file with this player plays ok every stream, the two subtitles (with color and size and syncro perfect)

In a computer (pc/mac/etc) no problem with vlc or with another player.

Why doesn't play this kind of subtitles in this type of file (TS)?

Another media player play without problem this subtitles.

I play with the wdtv smp the files via wifi (upnp) from the recorder (is a server upnp) from another room and i like to view the subtitles embedded in that recordings.

Could you tell me if you'll introduced this option in next firmwares? please...!!!

Thanks a lot for your good work.

Thanks. But without a sample test file, we can only check limited things.

i record now a new sample file from tv.

The file is diferent from the mediainfo before, but the subtitles streams are the same.

I send you a zip with the video and info by dropbox.

I have just bought the device and encounter exactly the same problem (no subtitles with TS files, but they do show on other devices, so they are there). My firmware is 1.11.14. Also, no 'subtitles' under Options and the message: Subtitles : Off.
