wdtv gen 2

I am having trouble playing the mkv file's on my wdtv gen 2 media player

he plays 1 time an mkv file, but when I am going back to the menu and try to play another mkv file,  it won"t play it, then everything won"t play anymore, like mp3/mpv e.d

 

I have to reset my wdtv back to manufacture defaults and then can I play again 1 mkv file en de problem begins again like above

 

this problem have i only when i start an mkv file..

 

i have the latest firmware 1.01.77 on my player

 

anyone can help me with this problem ?
