i have installed smartware pro on my pc but if i want to setup the backup i put my username and pasword then nothing happend on a other pc with the smartware it normal do his job that is a pc with windows 8 the pc with the pro version is w7 pro what can i do?

problem solved , client for microsoft network was missing greetings and thanx anyway Harm
