Was going to update my laptop backup. Opened SmartWave. Notified of software update. Installed it. Rebooted. Now I get the “No writable partition found” error and Winders thinks the 1 TB Passport USB drive is only 7 megs and full. No back ups to be seen. Suggestions?

Make sure the drive is not locked. if that’s not the case then uninstall and reinstall Smartware.
