Pop up window "WD SmartWare has stopped working"

Hi there

If you have windows xp

  1. Uninstall WD Smartware and restart the computer

  2. Make sure your computer has adobe flash player and microsoft .net framework 3.5

  3. Re install WD Smartware

If you have Windows 7 do step 1, on step 2 just make sure you have adobe flash player and then do step 3.

This is a basic troubleshooting, let me know if that works
