installed the upgrade and now when I start WD the left column (C: drive files) is yellow and the right column (Passport received files) is grayed out, and the button below right column is “Disable”, not “Enable.” How do I enable backups again?
replying to my own post - problem solved. tried one more time - clicked on WD icon and now window shows the backed up files on Passport. don’t know why the program didn’t respond earlier. hope this does not happen again with this new version.
