Why does my SmartWare Pro software keep reverting to the "non" Pro version?

Seems like every other time I open SmartWare Pro it says that I need to upgrade. Sometimes it lets me enter a code and other times it wants me to enter my name and email address.

Glad to see I’m not the only one with this problem.  I have finally been directed to call WDSupport because the email folks haven’t been able to fix the problem.

My Quick View also loses its data about the same time.  It will show 0% usesd and unknown temperature.  I got a PM telling me the issue has been escalated.

I have the same issue. Is there is a solution posted?

You need to update to version 2.4.0.
