People are having trouble accessing my external drive using web access. Messages warning about faulty security certificate are displayed on their screen; After ignoring those messages, people using MS Windows platform say they’re shifted automatically to the Oracle website but without no further indications of what they should look for on the website.
I have a Mac and have had the same problem with the security certificate. However after ignoring the warnings I’ve succeeded and gained access to the drive.
I’ve seen this issue discussed before on this community and thought and it was all resolved by now. Is WD planning on resolving this anytime soon? Does anyone know how to patch this?
