WD Smartware backup and retrieve tabs don’t working in windows 7 64 bit.

I bought wd ext. Drive for Mac but I format it to windows 7 so smartware is formatted. When I download the smartware and installed it then the WD Smartware backup and retrieve tabs don’t working in windows 7  these tabs are not active. What will I do for active these tabs.

Click on the drive icon on the home tab to activate backup and retrieve
