WD Smartware Pro Not Backing up automatically

Hello,

  I’ve noticed an issue with my WD Smartware pro software 2.4 not backing up automatically. It was, then all of a sudden stopped.

The software recognises that there has been changes on my local drive then reverts back to the drive sizes for when it was last backed up, so Smartware pro thinks it has the latest versions of the files.

Is this a bug that can be fixed or am I going to have to use 3rd party software?

If you explore the Smartware backup folder (smartware.swstor) in the external drive, can you see the latest files? If none of your new files appear, try stopping and starting your backup again.
