WD Quick view problem

Hello,

I hope someone can help me.

I have a my passport and normally I connect my passport with my computer and than de WD program starts. Than I can back up my files. Right now my WD program don’t start anymore. 

It says that there’s a fault with the COM-classfactory and with the CLSID. I don’t know what this means.

Can someone help me with this problem? Because right now I can’t use it.
