Hi
Everything worked fine until about the 13th of April
I have it set on cont. backup.
Once I noticed it no longer backs up the files, I tried doing it as scheduled backup etc but no luck.
After checking around online I see that many have the problem but I cannot find a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your issue sounds a lot like the remote activiation issue. We are working continuously to fix this.
I do not see any error about remote activation on my machine
I use only the basics of this software/hardware, it worked well for a while not it stopped backing up files.

I would still let support look into it. If it’s not that, at least you’ll know and they might figure out what the issue is.
