WD Lifeguard Diag on Windows 7 Blue Screen

When I launch the diag in Windows 7, it would blue screen in the middle of scanning drives. Any advice on how to get this software working?

A Blue Screen is usually the result of a hardware conflict during a software task. Which Western Digital hard drive is the one you testing?

I have 2 WD drives in the case, WDC WD30 00GLFS-01F8U and WDC WD20EARS-00MVWB0.
