I have one Pasport Essential drive and need to back up data on a laptop and a desktop can this be done and how do I manage the backups so no data is lost. I have smartware software installed on both PC’s. I am a little new to this so your advise is appreciated
Yes. You just need to install Smartware on both computers and run the backup, the backup will be separate for each. You can also backup using any other software or just manually transfer the files into the drive.
Smartware creates two separate backup folders for each pc.
