So, i bought a MyPassport 1TB hdd, set it up, installed softwares and went ahead to backup my C partition. Calculates blabla and everything is fine. Then i switch in Home tab to the D partition, it classifies files but then if i try to click on the Backup tab it will kind of freeze and it won’t switch. I’m still able to open other tabs/close the software as if it was working normally, except the backup tab won’t open. Does this mean i can’t backup both partitions of my hdd? because on C i have work files with relative programs and on the D partition i have music, videos, photos etc, which i update almost daily and i may forget to copy it on to the external hdd.
Any clue?
