Smartware software is the worst software that i have ever used in my life. It keeps crashing. No not my pc but just the software itself keeps crashing. And I have a Dell XPS 430i quad core 6gb of tri-channel memory. The software is just useless. Anyone else having the same problem?

I have Vista Home premium 64bit. Quad core dell XPS 430i 6 gig tri-channel mem.
