Smartware skipping backups

I have my live book duo set up to use smartware and perform incremental backups every day.  It is constantly missing days at a time to backup.  I am very sure I have the scheduler configured properly, but it just isn’t acting consistently.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Make sure that when you leave your computer the documents and the programs are close since the WD Smartware wont perform a backup is the files are being use or if they are open.

What version of the WD Smartware are you running?

Smartware version 2.2.1

I always close out of everything and leave PC displaying desktop when idle.

Drive is set to backup daily at 1 AM.  Hasn’t performed any backups since 2/22, and I had to click backup now for that one.

My Smartware is the latest update, and I have it set to automatically look for new updates.
