I have my live book duo set up to use smartware and perform incremental backups every day. It is constantly missing days at a time to backup. I am very sure I have the scheduler configured properly, but it just isn’t acting consistently. Any suggestions?

My Smartware is the latest update, and I have it set to automatically look for new updates.
