BobRussell , As an alternative, you could extract the files in the Microsoft Windows 7 computer and proceed to copy the extracted installer by means of a USB thumb drive/flash drive or the Public Share of your WD My Cloud.

I did the same thing by using the My Cloud itself to copy the file to the Vista machine.

It works now.
