Smarware Pro backup hangs during backup as shown in the screenshot below.
The backup is done from the data in WD My Passport to Seagate Backup+ both are connected by USB
Hi bakura, Check if the files that are not being backed up are not being used by another program. Also check if you have the latest Smartware version installed (3.2.5.1).
