Installing WD Smartware

Hello, I’ve recently installed and updated WD Smartware but for some reason when I use it the wifi is disconnected to my laptop, and all other devices connected to the modem. How can I possibly fix this? Thanks a bunch <3

Try uninstalling Smartware and then do a clean installation of the latest version. Check if you have any firewall or Antivirus that might be causing the problem.
