My trial version of WD Smartware has expired and I wanted to upgrade to WD smartware pro. If I follow the instruction I have to fill in my e-mail address and password. Password is accepted (aparently) but e-mail address is not. This is the sames address I logged in with this community. Also when tryying my other e-mail addresses, no luck. WD up till now has not answered other messages to assist me. Please assist!
