Cannot select or delect folders 2.4.6 - file backup

When I try to select or deselect folders on the backup page my changes are not accepted when I hit apply changes. Consequently, I cannot add any new folders. New files in existing folders are showing up on the retrieve tab, so it is adding new files as long as they are in folders that were selected before I updated to 2.4.6. (Windows 7 Home Premium & My Passport 1.5Tb)

The folder I was trying to add was top level on my D: drive. I just moved that folder into a folder that was already selected for backup and it started syncing. This doesn’t solve the issue with not being able to select or deselect folders, but at least I can backup my files in the meantime.
