Installed the required software for remote access but I try to log in I get a message that my security settings does not allow it. I checked that my security settings have enabled Java but still cannot access it. This message appears after i key in the passwod for the network drive. Can someone pls help? Thanks.
Are you able to change the java security setting to medium? Also you may try reinstalling JAVA.
