I bought a WD my passport hard drive 1TB and Im trying to install the software but the “next” button in the install is missing … Can some help me fix this ?
I am installed java update and it’s still the same.
i have same problem aswell, the thing these message was poping everytime i try install
can someone help us thanks

Make sure your computer has the latest updates,not just java windows updates too, you can also try to uninstall the software and install it again to see if the same issue happens. Also try to right click on the installer and try to run as an administrator to see if this makes the installer run correctly, if this does not help i would recommend to contact support:
