Can not find files on my WD drive

I have done several system backups and a file backup. When I look at the contents of my passport in explorer view I see several setup files and 1 .tib file.

When I execute a backup it the software shows me the category of files backed up and the volume. How can I tell if I’m really backing these files up if I can’t see them on the drive?

Hi growlybear, welcome to the Community. If you are using Smartware to backup your files, you can verify that the backup is complete by going into the backup tab. You can also manually explore the smartware.swstor folder inside the Passport to see your files. Check page 11 of the manual for more information.

Thank you so much. I had a user manual for the Passport but not for the software. I still can not find any reference to smartware.swstor but thank you for helpin me to find it.
