WD Smartware doesnt backup anymore after updating firmware to 1.5. Message backup partly executed, but not files were backuped. I have deleted Smartware and installed again. Problems stays. In the old version and after update firmware.

it is possible that the firmware didn’t complete right. what os are you using? and did you follow the steps exactly when you did the firmware update? if you are using windows, you might want to try doing the firmware update again, making sure that you turn off your virus software and such.
