Acronis True Image WD Edition - backups not compressed

Hello,

I have downloaded the latest build of the software and no matter what level of compression I set, the finished backup size is always 1:1.  I don’t have enough storage to save full size backups, does anyone know why the software isn’t compressing properly?

Hello,

Are you performing a image backup or a normal backup.

If is a normal backup, try reinstalling the software.

If is an image backup, the size should be the same since the backup will bit by bit.
