unable to connect to Downloader

good afternoon

 

 

unable to login to Downloader using user name and password from Network Storage Manager

 

always receiving the following answer "User name and password do not match when you login 'Downloader'!"

 

any idea what is going on?

 

WDSS 8TB / Time Capsule 2TB / iMac 27' , intel Core i7, 3,4 Ghz by Wi-Fi

Are you using “downloader” for the user name and password?

sorry for long delay due to update of site and my presence here

the result are the same was trying to type dowloader in  the both fields user and password

of course changind tool field to Downloader
