I will be purchasing a NAS unit soon, and the Sentinal 4 bay looks like what I am looking for,

 already have a HD with 2.5 tb of data, could if I purchase a unit with 3 drives, raid them, and then insert my data drive in and copy the data into the raid?.

Also I use utorrent 2.1 on my pc, could I install that instead of emule into the sentinal, and use that for seeding as well as importing data files?

You cant put your drive in a bay.  And you cant buy a 3 drive unit .  You could purchase a 2 drive and get a hd kit and have 3 drives, but the raid is automatic.  When you put an a drive in that is on the list it automaticly does the raid.
