Is it possible on a DX4000 to require USERS to change their password every 90 (or any number) days?
That is a function of Group Policy. It would have to be joined to a Domain, and then the Domain would probably have the policy anyway. But in Workgroup mode, no.

I believe you can use the local security policy to configure this on a workgroup machine.
