Wierd beep sound from wd passport 500gb

i had rma it once, the 1st one using for about 8 or 9 months then it dead,

and the 2nd one which is rma one, not even half year ( not plugged in for more than 20 times) dead itself =.=…

COME ON, I HEARD WESTERN DIGITAL IS HAVING A GOOD QUALITY HDD SO I BUY IT, BUT NOW NOT EVEN 1 YEAR BOTH ARE DEAD, HOW MANY TIMES U NEED ME TO RMA AND 500GB OF DATA GONE AND I NEED TO GO THERE AND HERE TO RECOVER MY DATA??

driver can be detected but drive cannot be open.

Hello, be sure to take good care of your hard drive, not safely ejecting the hard drive or physical damage, can cause several problems.

yes i do have a proper care, i think there is no physical damage and i do always safely remove on it.
