Very slow data transfer

hello everyone

I have an external hard drive WD Elements Deskto and having problems with data trasfert to another hard drive or C drive

problems remains same when I connect to my laptop

does anyone have a solution for this problem without loss data

Hello,

Can you be a little bit more specific. Are you getting any error messages? Have you try with a different USB cable or perhaps a different USB port?
